How can I replace my front door?
Owner is responsible for maintaining front doors per condo association bylaws.
Requirements:
(1) Door Design: Only flat doors permitted. No raised panel doors or doors with windows.
(2) Hinge Placement: Hinges must allow ingress/egress to the north (walkway side). South-side hinges not allowed.
(3) Paint/Color: Supplied by the association - contact townarms.com/contact-us.
(4) Door Numbers: See Door # Regulation article.
(5) Recommended door types: pre-hung solid core metal or fiberglass.
