New Exterior Pest Control Program

The Association is contracting with Soles Pest Control to perform monthly exterior treatments for the entire building.

This exterior service creates a consistent perimeter barrier that reduces pest activity throughout the building

General Pest Control Benefits for All Owners & Residents

Because the Association is contracting for exterior service, all unit owners now qualify for general interior pest control at no additional cost.

General pest control includes common household pests but excludes:

• Rats
• Fleas
• Termites
• Bedbugs
• German roaches

Owners must contact Soles directly to schedule interior service as needed.

German Roach Treatment Option

If a unit experiences a German roach infestation, Soles offers a $100 flat-rate service call, which includes 2 visits or until the infestation is resolved.

• The owner schedules directly with Soles
• The owner pays Soles directly
• Association funds are not used

This approach ensures fairness while addressing the building‑wide concern.

The program is intended to maintain and protect the condominium's common elements and improve overall community conditions.
